Meal Idea:
To store: Keep in a cool, dry place. Any dampness will cause sprouting.
To prepare: Peel the skin off the clove, then crush the clove with the blade of a knife rather than slicing or dicing(stir-fries are the exception). Crushing distributes the flavour more evenly through the dish.
To cook: Cook as per recipe.
