Product Description
This is a natural product containing both acetyl and plain forms of Carnitine, which are involved in the synthesis of cellular energy. It's principle role is to facilitate the uptake of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for use as fuel.
Unlike L-Carnitine, N-Acetyl Carnitine is capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier to enhance neuronal energy production, and to act as a substrate for neurotransmission.
