Making a purchase is real easy. Just browse our site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Our Registered customers are able to pay via Direct Debit. Once registered we will email you with our Bank account details.We deliver to all States in Australia and also to New Zealand, except for our Fresh Food which is only available in the Sydney metropolitan area. Please email us if you would like to know if we can deliver to your region or country. All our transactions are completed in Australian Dollars.

Timeframes
We deliver your order as soon as we can. Orders received before 11am will normally be dispatched in two to three business days. Delivery costs have been calculated and included in the total cost when you finalize your purchase.
Normal delivery is within 3 to 14 business days(excluding fresh produce) from the date of payment of your order.
Fresh Produce
For orders that include fresh produce(Sydney metro only) the following delivery schedule applies:
Inner West ....
1) order Tuesday (before 2pm) to receive Wednesday
2) order Thursday (before 2pm) to receive Friday
Eastern Suburbs ....
1) order Tuesday (before 2pm) to receive Wednesday
2) order Thursday (before 2pm) to receive Friday
North Shore & Northern Beaches ....
order Tuesday (before 2pm) to receive Wednesday
Other suburbs .....
order Thursday (before 2pm) to receive Friday
As much as possible the non fresh component will be delivered at the same time, if it is available. If not then the delivery will revert to our normal timeframe. When you place your first produce order we will notify you of an estimated delivery time. This time cannot be guaranteed.Mode of transport
We use Australia Post for nearly all our deliveries outside of the Sydney metropolitan area however in some instances we may choose to use a reputable Courier Company. You will be notifed of the chosen mode when you checkout.
Within the Sydney metropolitan area we use our own delivery vehicles.Delivery Charges
There is a flat rate packaging and postage cost of $7.50 Australia wide. For the Sydney metropolitan area (postcodes 1215-1891, 2000-2234) delivery is FREE. FREE delivery also applies to all orders over $120
Limitations
Due to demand a product may have become unavailable after your order has been placed. In the event that a product is unavailable we will send an email notifying you within 48 hrs. Our policy is not to hold back orders however once that product becomes available again we will email you with that information.
We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
For Fresh Produce, chilled or frozen goods we personally deliver, only in the Sydney Metropolitan area.We cannot guarantee or specify a time of day.

Product information, dietary information, photographs, and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. Though we believe them to be correct at the time of your order they cannot be guaranteed. From time to time recipes, packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and change and we may not have yet received the updated information from our supplier, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.
Please contact us, or your own doctor directly if you have any doubts concerning the nature of product ingredients or if you suspect that you may be allergic to the ingredients.

Please note that we store nuts on our premises along with all other products, we do not have a special nut free zone.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you do not want to give credit card details over the internet choose the “credit card sent separately” option at the checkout/payment screen. Then just phone us on this number (02 9564 6533) with your order number and card details . All card details which are posted or faxed to us are shredded immediately after checking

Refunds & Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 10 day ‘change of mind’ guarantee. All products must be returned in unopened and saleable condition.
If the products are faulty or incorrect then contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods to arrange a return or replacement. Email returns@ubergoodness.com.au
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the goods then please call us on 02 9564 6533 or email cancel@ubergoodness.com.au
If you wish to cancel after we have dispatched the goods then please call us on 02 9564 6533 or email returns@ubergoodness.com.au to arrange a return. In this instance, the charge made to you will be refunded on return of the goods. We will require you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
Frozen, chilled and “fresh” goods cannot be returned.
